Happy Birthday Bill!
Today is my hubby Bill's 42nd birthday (he is a bit older than me! Hahahaha). In his younger days, Bill was a working cowboy in Nevada and this photo appeared on the cover of Reno Rodeo Magazine in the late 1980s. It is also rumored that a copy of this photo is hanging in the airport in Reno as well. I have never been to Reno, so I don't actually know if that is true of not. My hubby's 15 minutes of fame!

I did not know him then. He is about 26 or 27 in this picture. You can see a picture of him (and me) just a few days ago a bit further down on my page. I did not meet Bill until he was 28 - and I was 22 - and had moved from Nevada to Montana. We met on a blind date! Can you believe that??
A blind date, eh? God works in mysterious ways. :o)
We have some friends who met on a double blind date and they were the other people's date. (Did that make sense?) Anyway, they've been married for 30 years so there ya go!
